1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account or purchasing link placement services from Backlinky, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our marketplace inventory, outreach portal, and campaign tracking dashboards.

2. Account Obligations & Portal Conduct

Users are required to maintain accurate profile data. Shared credential use is restricted. You are solely responsible for all orders submitted and actions performed using your logged-in session. Prohibited acts include attempting to scraping our database inventories or injecting malicious scripts.

3. Order Placement & Vetting Standards

All link orders submitted through the Backlinky platform are subject to manual vetting.

• Target Sites: We do not accept or build links for websites containing illegal, offensive, hate speech, or malicious content.
• Anchor Text: Anchor texts must read naturally within native English articles. Overly optimized, spammy, or grammatically incorrect anchor selections may be returned for editing.
• Publisher Approval: Placements depend on final publisher acceptance. If a publisher refuses an article, we will offer alternative placements.

4. Payment and Custom Billing Cycles

Pricing is quoted in USD. Subscription options are billed at the start of each cycle. We reserve the right to modify pricing schedules at any time; however, modifications will not apply to active, pre-paid orders. Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will result in immediate portal suspension.

5. Placement SLA & Indexing Guarantees

We guarantee that all purchased link placements will remain active, indexable, and do-follow for a minimum of 12 months from the completion date. If a publisher removes a link or changes its attribute to no-follow within this period, Backlinky will replacement-pitch a domain of equal or higher metric values (DA/DR/Traffic) free of charge.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds can be requested under the following conditions:

• The placement is rejected by the publisher, and no alternative matching your requirements can be agreed upon.
• Outreach fails to secure a live link within 30 days from order placement.
• Once a link is successfully placed and marked live on a publisher site, refunds cannot be processed.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Backlinky builds reference placements to assist organic search positioning; however, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, indexing speeds, or impressions. Search engine algorithm updates, penalty indexing, and generative search summaries are outside our direct control. Backlinky is not liable for fluctuations in organic search performance.
